Andy Christou

Managing Director (MARLA, MNAEA)

Andy is a recognisable face on the Isle of Dogs after working and living there for over 24 years and it is with this reputation that a lot of the local residents trust him with selling their property or looking to him for advice. His friendly and genuine approach towards his clients has grown our business from its humble beginnings into a recognised brand that people find easy to recommend and return to.

Andy is an avid Spurs supporter and spends many a weekends and evenings cheering on his team but you know when his team have lost as he is always miserable the next day.

Selina Westerman

Director (MARLA, MNAEA)

Selina Set up our Surrey Quays office in 2003 and became well known and trusted in the local area which helped to build the brand that Hollands today pride themselves on which is to offer honest and professional advise but with a friendly demeanour. Priding herself on providing excellent customer service is something she tries to instil among the team. She likes to keep up to date with current legislation and regularly attends ARLA meeting and courses.

In her spare time Selina is kept busy with her young family and eating and drinking out with her friends.



Daniel Coleman


Daniel has worked with Holland Properties shortly after the company was established in 1999 and is involved in all aspects of the running of the company but mainly within the letting and property management where he ensures that the maintenance department is run as smoothly as possible. Daniel has a wealth of knowledge and this can be attributed to his 17+ years’ experience within the industry. Daniel is always available to offer advice on all aspects of the property industry as he prides himself on having an infinite source of estate agency information.

As well as being an avid contemporary art collector he is also a season ticket holder at Arsenal FC he wastes many hours sitting in the cold watching football.

Stephanie Lacey

Property Manager
After spending 13 years in New Zealand, Stephanie has joined Holland Properties as our new Property Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge with her. With over 15 years’ experience in a customer facing environment, Stephanie has a natural instinct to tackle incoming maintenance as swiftly as possible with minimal interruptions to our tenants. Her friendly character makes her very approachable and thrives on the challenges that she can occasionally be presented with.

With her feet firmly back in London Town and with every opportunity, Stephanie likes to explore the sites of the surrounding city and enjoys sophisticated evenings with a glass of wine, whilst planning what theatre she can go to next!



Nick Anota

Lettings Manager

Nick joined our company in 2008 as a negotiator and has worked his way up to his current role of lettings manager. Nick runs the lettings department with ease and his professional yet friendly and approachable demeanour has meant that he is highly regarded within the local community and has established a range of professional contacts in the area. Nick undertakes most of the lettings valuations and is always commended on his excellent local knowledge across all of the Dockland’s area.

When Nick is not letting properties, he is generally preening his appearance and hair or spending time with his young family and enjoys watching and playing football.

Tierney Golding

Lettings Consultant

Tierney has come to us with over 7 years’ experience in a customer facing environment. Turning her passion for property into reality; she has joined us at Holland Properties and is now the face of our Surrey Quays office. Tierney is responsible for the day to day duties, thriving on customer satisfaction. She has a proactive approach to learning and is always happy to help.

When she isn’t busy on the phone; Tierney is looking for any excuse to dress up pretty, find a quiet bar or explore new horizons, undoubtedly admiring sports cars along the way.
